I have a video source (like a security cam connected to a TV card). I want its
video to be broadcasted via a page or a adress. But this should be always and
for the clients viewing this broadcast I should not open this adress and share
it. Is it possible?

Or other words Is it possible for FCS to work like MS Media Player Encoder?
