As indicated by the ongoing discussion, this issue can have different causes -
can you describe your application a little bit? How many users are connecting?
What kind of license do you have?
Do you have server-side code? If yes, what is it doing?
On what OS are you running?

I have FMS installed on a RHE 3 vps. The admin and edge servers runs fine.
netstat shows ports 1111 and 1935 are listening. Problem is, in the process
list fmscore always comes up [defunct]. When I look at var/logs/messages the
only thing that I can see that could be causing problems is :

Ive put together a simple client-server app that seems to be mostly working.
Only problem is the "client.call" in the application.onConnect is not calling
the function on the client.

messages.
I've found that if if my server-side scripts contain a simple language syntax

Can I install the developer edition on a single processor platform? Specs are for 2 CPU's but this edition will only allow 10 concurrent streams so can I get by on 1 cpu to evaluate?

When I do a ./installFMS
I get the following error
./fmsini: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open
