I have a flash app that streams video via flash media server 2 .....now the app
runs extremely slow if I compile it with the frame rate set at 14 fps but if i
compile it at 1 fps then it functions within acceptable speeds.....will
slowing the fps down to 1 fps have any effect on the video or is it ok since i
don't have any animations?

yeah here is what you need to know ...........it becomes stupid slow when the
app is connected to the video stream if the fps is set at 14 and then
acceptable when set at 1 fps....thats about all the information that i care to
give about my movie other than there are around 10 other actions and scripts
and an input text box.
