Installed using default values no errors noted, the server seems to start and
stop with no errors and no errors in the logs.
However, when we go to the site http://demo.XXXXX.com:1111 we do not get a
login prompt only:

I would be glad to give it a username and password but no prompt.

Also, when we goto http://demo.XXXXX.com:1935 we get Page Cannot Be Displayed.
