macromedia flash flashcom : live video on webpage

HI friends,

I am Hari Krishna.. I am new to Flash... I have to do a project , in
that I have to presenet live capture data on a webpage....
I need help from people like you... Please help me in this regards.. how can
this will be achieved with and with out using communication server...
