I was looking at the components that Adobe/Macromedia has made available and I
am a little disappointed. I am normally a Actionscript 2.0 all-the-way kind of
developer.

Before I start converting the components to AS2, I was wondering if there is a
specific reason why AS1 prototyping was being used -- Can Actionscript 2.0 code
and components be used with Flash Media Server 2.0?
