I have a c++ function that grabs webcam video and manipulates the video,
detects faces and other things. Im trying to send that new video to flash so i
can stream it live like a normal stream. I have already set up regular live
streaming, but Im not sure how to 'export' my video and have flash think its a
regular webcam. Is there any way to do this? like a DLL that accepts a stream
from flash and outputs the new video?
Thanks for any advice.

I've seen a few programs out there that will feed a webcam driver with a video
file, but I can say I've gotten any of them to work well.

Try googling "simulated webcam driver" and "fake IM webcam" and you see the
ones I saw. Perhaps you'll have better luck with them.
