Using flash media server, i want to convert the "mpeg, windows media, flash,
avi, quicktime, real, mov, etc" in to flash streaming format i.e FLV, MP3, SWF

Our user will upload the videos through an application to our server. Do you
know any thing through which we can convert these video;s format; so that they
can be streamed.

Any application that can convert the videos' in to flash streaming format.

Flash media server cannot convert video files. It can only play and record .flv
files. To do your conversion, you'll need third party software.

FFmpeg is free and will convert many types of video to flv.

On2's Filx Engine will also do conversions on multiple file types, and costs
about $1500.
