Im really new to FMS and have installed it but im slightly confused as to what
i enter into the Server address section when loging in! or where i find my
server address - is it my IP address, as ive tried this with no success! Hope i
havent been too dumb here and missed the obvious!

what web server are you running? Your localhost is usually
http://localhost:8080. If you install Tomcat you can get something running.
Once you get tomcat running just drop your html files in this directory:
\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.5\webapps

Hi,
if you run the FMS and the swf on the same machine , you don't need to
consider your IP address.
just use this connection string:
my_nc1.connect("rtmp:/my_app_foldername")
