Hi

I m tring since yesterday to install FMS on my VDS (Fedora Core 2). I think
installation goes ok, but services dont work. When I try to ping server by
http://www.my domain :1111/admin/ping?auser=username&apswd=my password, it
always returns an error : NetConnection.Admin.CommandFailed. And th problem is
it wotrks correctly on my localhost. And some times there is a conflict between
localhost and distant host when trying applications.

Is someone can help me please to setup correctly the FMS and test it

Hi Tarek,
I don't know if this will help you, but we were having this exact same
problem and here is how I was able to resolve it. First, the server is
NOT running. Go to the install directory and run ./fms start. That's
it. Don't run the other start commands that are in the documentation
and it will work.

Also make sure you have the libraries installed. I didn't realize I had
any missing libraries until I ran ./server restart and got an error
about the missing .so.
