FMS on Linux or Windows? -- macromedia flash flashcom

HI,
I am planning to implement FMS on my enterprise, but i want to know if there
are differences between the windows or linux installations.
Does somebody had the experience and tell me what?s the recommenden OS for FMS.
Do they have the same performance?
