Well, the basic installation of the media server should work just fine with
any type of communication you will try with it.
But..... why do you use "rtmpt://ip_install_FMS_computer:1935/app_dir"??? why
not "rtmp://ip_install_FMS_computer/app_dir"??
Using rtmpt is good for when you are behind a proxy server (or firewall) and
unless you realy need it, don't use it, it will not work on all firewall's or
proxy servers, just on some. When you use the normal connect method, it will
cycle through each type of connection and all the "normal" ports (1935,80....)
untill it will astablish the connection.
Try it like this and let us know if it works.

10x for an answer.Yes i know rtmpt protocol i'm using both rtmp and rtmpt ,
becouse every time i'm trying to connect with the rtmp only i have no success
i think that is becouse of firewall. So
rtmpt://ip_install_FMS_computer:1935/app_dir is only way to start my app work
properly but in my sorce i use and both protocol after 250ms i'm trying
connection with rtmpt
