Hello,

I have a big and complicated project in mind that features interactive video
communication which requires flash media server programming and PHP/mySQL. I
have been looking around for a company whom could create this script, however i
can't seem to find any companies that does flash media server programming. Does
anyone know any reliable company (or companies) (anywhere in the world) whom
you would suggest?

Yup... qualified FCS/FMS developers seem to be few and far between.

You might want to try posting on the jobs forum at flashcomguru.com . That
forum seems to be most frequented by qualified devs. You might also try posting
on the chattyfig list ( http://chattyfig.figleaf.com/mailman/listinfo/flashcomm
