i readed how to get a vedio comming from a web cam or digital camera and send
it to media server 2 but i dont know what is the idea or how to get a vedio
comming from Tv tuner and send it in same time to flash media server

Right-click your flash movie, select settings... -> check Allow -> webcam icon -> your TV tuner from the list.

That's it!
