We are building a video site, which will be used to showcase users video. We
want to playback the video in Flash like Google video or You Tube and also want
the ability for users to download the video in iPod, Podcast, Palm and mobile
formats.

Wondering if anyone here knows how this may be done automatically. I have my
doubts that Google and You Tube are doing this by hand.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

The other solution is to give Flix Engine a try by on2. I personally have not gotten it to work on my system, but it is very similar to that of Flipfactory.
