protecting SWF files -- macromedia flash flashcom

Kevin Towes steps through the process protecting swf files on a Flash Comm
server in his book "Macromedia Flash Communication Server MX" -
http://tinyurl.com/qkhkz. He uses Flash Remoting, Action Script, a
database, and Coldfusion.

My question is: Will this work with ASP or is the ColdFusion server a
necessary part of the ingredients?

Found my answer and it is "no, classic asp will not work". It needs an
Application Server that supports
the NetServices object. Which means ASP.Net, CF, or a J2EE server.
