I am currently doing project that requires real-time data for a large amount of
clients. The interfacing currently is being done with FMS > ASP.NET > SQL
however, this is not effcient enough.

After transferring an FLV (originally recorded on FMS2) to an http server for
progressive download, I experience this problem.
If the FLV is audio only, the player receives the duration via metadata..
However if there is any video content, the meta data does seem to be there.

Hi -
I am using the videoPlayback component to progressively download FLVs. It
worked great in Flash 8, and not at all with my new Flash 9 player.
To make matters worse, it works on Flash 9 in Firefox but not in IE.

media server. my upload bandwitdh is about a meg so having too many connections
just kills the whole thing. i would like to put a limit at 5 connections. is

media server , the flash player process in task manager start getting bigger ..
