It's better use an instance with i.e. 10 clients
or
use 10 instances with 1 clients each one?"

I like to use separate instances whenever doing so is practical.

By using separate instances, performance can be faster for each user (SSAS is
single threaded), and an error or failure in one instance won't affect users
connected to other instances.
