Streaming Camtasia live capture with FMS

Hi all,
Could someone assist in detailing the exact procedure of configuring FMS to
use Camtasia (screen capture) as a live feed for FMS that will then be streamed
to a Flash Streaming player on a web page?

I am haveing trouble being able to view my .flv files once I get them on the
web. I am using Flash Pro 8's FLVPlayback and have no problems with the video

hi guys,
we are using FMS2 to record users straight from their webcams, with audio. We
are experiencing problems while trying to encode the flv to avi format via
ffmpeg. FFmpeg returns an unknown audio codec error.

user to SAVE and then upload to the server. I have heard that this is possible,
but most people's first reaction is that Flash only allows saving direct to the

I finally have answer to all of you who are seeking this question.
When the Flash Player encounters the connect() method, it attempts to connect
to your FCS following a very specific pattern. It first attmpts to connect
over port 1935, then port 433, then port 80 and then it automatically... more >>

I just installed trial FMS on my XP Pc and I also installed IIS. I can login
FMS control fine and see the applications ( this website sample code) that are
inside applications folder. Unfortunately, the applications were not working,

We are migrating our system from FCS to FMS 2.0.4r79, running on Debian Sarge.
With pre-recorded videos (flv), which is what we're testing first, we are
seeing a consistent 10% drop in total bandwidth when running on FMS, regardless
