This is an incredibly basic question which betrays the fact that you haven't
glanced at any documentation. You can find the answers (and more) on your disk
in folder
< FMS2 Install Dir>\documentation

You add applications by creating a folder with any desired name (say
"TempApp") in the "applications" folder (by default found in < FMS2 Install
Dir>\applications )... You would then create a "main.asc" or "TempApp.asc" to
serve as the entry point for your app.
