We have a flash application for "mobile explorer" which should POST
data from an embedded flash object to another web page. This works fine
on my mobile phone, but it doesn't work at all on the customers XDA. No
POSTed data is passed from Flash at all.

My experience with sound has been really weird in Flash Lite as well. It
definitely doesn't act like sound in Flash. One thing I do know is that
sound must be pre-buffered in order for it to play correctly.
Two things you can do to speed up the loading of the sound are:

As I can see, it's only for smart phones with the OS: Symbian, DoCOMo,
KDDI
I ported a win32 flash 5 standalone player to a standalone version for
Windows CE, but
it's very slow. (200 mhz device)

Text fields should be positioned at integer coordinates.
eg.
X: 365.0
Y: 102.0
A textfield that is not positioned at an integer coord gets blurred and
aliased...
TIP: if your movieclip is inside another, you should calculate the extra
shift provided by the ancestor..

version is not the full flash!
