macromedia flash handhelds: Can I use Flash Lite on Windows CE 5.0?

As I can see, it's only for smart phones with the OS: Symbian, DoCOMo,
KDDI
I ported a win32 flash 5 standalone player to a standalone version for
Windows CE, but
it's very slow. (200 mhz device)
