macromedia flash handhelds: does anyone know the script to detect the OS of palm , pocket pc and even
mobile phones? I need this script to redirect my site to its respective html
pages, course, depending of the operating system.

I dont have a script but here are the OS names as listed in the available CDKs
WINCE - windows mobile PALMOS - Palm EPOC - motorola A900, A95,A1000 as of
yet there seems to be no information on version strings for any other flash
device!

Thanks Hayden, do you ahve the name of the OS of the sony ericcson T616 and
T636 series, somebody told me they are flash enabled, and if the name PALMOS is
for the sony Clie also?

P.d: I do have the scritp to detect operating system.

there are quite a few new Flash devices on market, for which we do not have a
corresponding CDK. So the information for these devices is not yet available
unless you contact MM directly for this information. PALMOS is the OS portion
of version string for CLIE. Note that your script must be FlashLite compatible
(not Flash 5 level AS) to work on many of the phones.
