Can anyone show how to do this roll over flicker effect when you go over the images and text..

i think, on the over frame of the button you make it a movie clip, and then you go inside the movie clip on2 its timeline, then just have frames altinating in the colour (white) ive done a very quick button and you can have alook at how its done. (i havnt done the "fill"up thing. i think thats just done with step by step tweening, or motion, but i dont no).
