Does anyone know or have any insight on how this was created? http://www.templatemonster.com/show.php?templ=3255&cat_type=cat&type=1&arg1=60&arg2=&order=date

Its the most realistic wave motion i have ever seen and want to mimic it.

well the actual graphics are imported bitmaps. ie it wasnt made in Flash, just displayed in flash. There could be additional mirroring/masking effects to optimize file size, but basically to get that level of realism you need to learn a 3D application or photography. sorry though, its not a Flash plugin or anything.

....did I see the question before?

The wave part was probably created with Psunami, a plugin for Adobe After Effects. Ive used this plugin (do a lot of AE work for my job) and its incredible. Its the same program they used for Titanic, amazingly real but a real render hog. Its probably a 1-second looping video that was rendered out of After Effects.
