macromedia flash sitedesign : How do I link push buttons to frames?

I have 5 scenes. Each scene has a different title, for example, home, services, support etc. Each scene has 5 push buttons called home, services, support etc. If I press the 'services' button, I want it to take me to the 'services' scene, likewise, when I click on the 'home' push button, it takes me to the 'home' scene. I understand how to create the 5 scenes by using 1 layer and having 5 key frames, with each key frame representing a different scene, but assigning the relevant action script to each push button is eluding me.
