macromedia flash sitedesign: I decied that the clan i'm in needs a site.

I'm not completed with it, actually I only just began. All I really have done is the layout for it.

I'd like to get feedback from some people here about the layout and if it looks good or crappy, that kinda thing.

Like I said, I just started it so non of the buttons work.

I didn't really read anything, just took a brief look, but i think you really aren't taking advantage of Flash's animation capabilities. yes, you just started it as you stated, so i'm not saying you made a mistake, just wanted to encourage you to take the thing to the limits before you call it done. you can always take something out if it looks too busy, but I suggest add some animation all over the place. not constant animation, but pages could transition in, buttons could be a little more interactive, ect. ect.

pick a very simple animation theme, and try to make animation consitant.

Example1: theme=flash and fade(very basic, huh?)
buttons: flash over state
various page elements flash in

you get the idea. :)
