yea that is pretty nice, the layout could be a lil more organized, but hey what u put together is pretty nifty...I have a question though...do u know how to optimize an .avi file played in flash? Ive tried to use virtual dub to decrease the frames and impoted it to image ready to optimize it a lil more and for some it still loads for 45 sec. which still takes a long time...if you could take a look at what I am talkin about...go to the link below > click on members > fist (the first box on the left)

Hi your site was down the few times i checked.

you might want to try to convert it to an .flv if you use flash mx 2004 pro theres the sorenson plug-in so you can convert..... then I think a better way is to either use flash com server to stream it(requires flash player 6 on client) or stream it through mx2004 which does'nt require the flash com server but requires the user to have the latest flash 7 plug-in. theres other ways but that might be your best option.
