macromedia flash sitedesign:
Could somebody please help me out with these text links. I have been trying to figure out how to get it to work the way I want. I write some text and then go to actions and getURL and put in the website, but when I do it like that you have to have your mouse actually over a letter. Is there any way to do it like in HTML where the blank spaces in between letters are sill seen as part of the link? I tried using pictures too but that just comes out looking bad. Please Help!

you need to have a hot spot. here, use the button thing on the file i sent you - its an invisible button.

you dont even need an invisible button. write the text button you want. make
sure u unclick the ab button (selectable) the click f8 and make it a button.
name it. then VOILA. you have a text button. run it and you will see that
the whole area is a button, not just the text.
