macromedia flash sitedesign: Hi,

I am wondering if anyone can help me sort out a problem I am having. What I am trying to do is create a button which has the same effect as a "Browse Button" in an HTML form. I want to be able to click a button within my movie, select an image file and then that image to appear as the background to an embedded movie clip.

you could simulate this in the following manner

populate a listbox or combobox with the names of your images. have an empty movie clip behind your embedded clip. use the listbox changehandler to load the image chosen into the empty clip.
