macromedia flash sitedesign : Audio Loops Not Matching Up

I have noticed recently that it seems when I listen to a loop before I enter it into Flash, it loops seamlessly. Once I use it, looping in a Flash movie, there seems to be a slight gap in between loops. Is there any way to combat this other than try to use the Flash Sond editor (which by the way, I feel is pretty lacking)? Thanks!

I know what is your problem!
when you edit a mp3 file to be a loop.. it will always leave an empty space
that wont let you sync accurate..
So instead of saving file under .mp3 , save it under .wav..
For example.. I have cool edit pro... when I save any file under mp3 it stay
ok... but when I reopen that file again in that program, mp3 add an empty
space every time...
But if I do it with .wav file it maitain the same sample as the edited
one...!
So later you can just export movie with sound in mp3.... and it will work
perfectly..!
good Luck..!

Thanks for the idea. Sounds like it has some merit, but I am still skeptical. I will try it out and see what happens. The only downside is the much larger size of WAV over MP3, but the FLA file size is not a concern to me, just the exported SWF. Thanks for your reply!
