I know how to navigate with getURL, but wont the whole page load once more,
and not just the frame I need to change?

I think I need to use frames, with a flash movie in the top (banner), and a
frame on the left including the menu. The last frame (the main area) will be
the html page with all the info stuff - which I need to change using actions
in the flash buttons. Is it just that easy to use get URL? Don't I need to
assign which frame to change?

navigate to different pages. If you don't know what gerURL is, learn with
flash livedocs.
