It appears to be an animated mask effect. There are probably a few different
pictures. They are each slightly different. For instance they could be two or
three different clips of the same picture but each is offset by a few pixels.
Or, it could be that the subject is slightly different in each (i.e. several
frames from a video clip). I am guessing the former, but I am not sure. In
any event, you would set up your base picture and place on top of it the
different clips. Each of these pics has an animated mask (in your example it
appears to be a diagonal strip) that moves downward and repeats when it reaches
the bottom. That's my guess. Todd
