This is not something that you can learn just by asking someone.. you have to
accomodate with Flash.. and after some months/years of experience you will see
that you've learned a lot, but you have even more to learn.
I can only recomend you to buy some books about flash, or read the Getting
started Help (select Help>Geting Started)

if you will find it atractive, you will want to know more, and more about it
and, in time, you will have the answer for everithing..
