Shape tween a 1 pixel wide rectangle (no border) instead of starting
with a line. It looks the same but tweening a line is more
troublesome than tweening a rectangle. You are probably doing
everything else correctly, it's just the line that messes you up.

This example would be to make a left side border that starts at 1
pixel and expands to 10 pixels wide:
Frame 1:
Drag a borderless rectangle on the left side (turn stroke off)
set the width to 1 pixel wide in the properties window
position the x axis on an exact pixel (like 1.0 not 1.12 etc)
Frame 30: (or whatever)
F6 to copy the line from frame 1
Select the line with the arrow tool and set width to 10 in
properties
Frame 1:
Select frame 1 and choose shape tween from properties window


If it works it will make a solid line across the frames from 1 to 30
.... not a dashed line.
Make sure no other object is on the same layer or it won't work.

All I want to do is make a boreder on a page that starts as a single vertical
line, then expands horizontally to make a border...I;ve tried morphig shaps,
but I just can't seem to get it!! Going Nuts!! Can anyone help?!?!
