When you open flash, go to file->New from template
Then select presentation, choose one of the styles on the right and click create

If you want to produce presentations using slides you would be better and
quicker using PowerPoint. Flash takes a little while to master and is usually
for doing more complex things than creating slide shows. Using flash like this
is like using a hammer to fix a watch - the wrong tool for the job.
