macromedia flash sitedesign: Hello , I am looking for some help in making my ideas come to light.

What I would like to do is create a director program about cars and
motorcycles. After an introduction screen with name on it there will be a menu
with buttons which include " The first car ", " "Improvements" (which would
enter a submenu of buttons for the user to click on updates to the car by the
decade), "The inventors", " Cars in the movies ( Which would enter a submenu
for the user to choose from a clip of fast n the furious 1 or 2), and top 5
cars these buttons would then be repeated on the right side of the screen for
motor cycles ( With the movies being changed to biker boys or something) and an
additional button on the motor cycle side ( or in the middle ) would be "race
the vehicals" which can be simple step animation just to make the cars appear
to race. The director project should have pauses accordingly to the section
they want to go and exit buttons. If someone can make this program for me I am
very interested. I need it this week so please let me know , I am willing to
pay a small fee providing I am given the program I am asking for presented in
professional matter. ( I just want the program to look good and run smootly.)
