macromedia flash sitedesign: Sorry if this has been asked before. New to the Forum.
Is it possible to load an html page ( "eBay" for example ) in my flash web
page.
Still have my navigation for my site on the page but say open "eBays" content
in another window on the page? Any info, templates or tutorials is appreciated.

Hi,
You can open a new browser window with the the getUrl action. If you use this,
when they close the window, your site will still be up in the background. I
don't think you want to open the content into your site, as this can break
copywrite laws. You don't want the content to appear as though it is a part of
your site if it is not.

I have an iframe that I want to use a flash file to navigate with. IE. The
flash file is an opening menu animation, and I only want it to play once.
Then, when it finishes, I want the user to click About Us/Contact/etc. without
the animation playing again... so I set up an iframe... but I'm having no luck
getting the flash file to change which page is displayed in the iframe.

so... the problem was that in my iframe I had id=thisiFrame instead of name=-thisiFrame
