i want to create a nav bar that has long picture at the top that will change in
between other pictures after so many seconds and then loop when done. no big
deal i can do that and i figured out how to fade them in and out, but i also
want to put some kind of transition effect on it. either have it blurred,
vibrate, static fuzz type stuff or something along those lines. i want it to be
subtle. is there any way to do this, i really would like the static thing.

Great band. I think the transitions you have in place look quite good

I don't think that's his site. He's saying he wants the "vibrate" effect that the site he referenced has.
I'd also like to know how to do this so if anyone finds out please post! :)
