macromedia flash sitedesign:

hello.. i'm tryign to recreate a text effect used by a former employee
on a website. i knwo he used swish but i cannot find this particular
fade out effect.. was hoping someone would be able to identify it for
me or suggest another way to recreate it. the site is
www.sheriarnoldproperties.com and the effect i'm refering to is the
fade out effect as the names of the employees appear and then
dissapear. i've reached a bottle neck in the project because i'm
adding an employee to this flash piece but dont have the proper
effect.

Yep, that was done with Swish, then imported into Flash.

I'm not sure what the exact settings are, but if you play around awhile in
Swish, I'm sure you'll come up with an effect you like. We used a similar
effect for an animation http://www.skagitmedia.com/flash/flash.swf we did
for a product intro.
