Problems with motion tweens / Published Files -- macromedia flash sitedesign

I am making a flash file, which has a series of motion tweens. They all work
fine within flash, but when I publish the file, none of the motion tweens
(using alpha changes) work for the text objects - just the photos. Nothing is
broken, objects aren't doubled up within the layers, and everything runs smooth
until I preview or publish the file - what could I be doing wrong? All the text
objects are graphic symbols, etc

Dynamic text requires embedded fonts to do effects on them. If you don't
need dynamic text, change them to static text. Makes a smaller file and
fonts don't need to be embedded.
