Navigation -- Movie seems to reload -- help! kelp

macromedia flash sitedesign:
I've got an HTML framed site I'm working on with a Flash navigation area that
loads HTML files into a main frame. When a link is clicked another movie is
called that's supposed to slide a header over (in the Flash movie) so the user
knows what page they are on (the headers are not on the individual HTML pages).
What happens is you see the header movie only briefly and then it disappears.
I'm also using loadMovie to load a few JPGs into the navigation area. These
JPGs blink as if they are being reloaded each time a navigation link is
clicked. The HTML pages (temporary ones, anyway) seem to be loading just fine.
The real kicker is that everything works when I test the movie or view it on my
PC. It's only after I upload it to my host that this happens. It's almost as if
each time a link is clicked the movie briefly plays but then ends up at the
first frame.

Can anybody help? Much appreciated...

I've got one layer that's got a stop(); at each label. I've got the headers and
the JPGs on separate layers that extend over the entire length of the movie. I
don't need to add stops to each layer do I? I've attached my source files.
Thanks a lot.
