Hi,

I have this picture which is a lamp sort of thing. I want it to appear is it's
flickering or glowing which effects the text which will sit infront of it. I
have tried with kind of colour changes but that doesn't work to well unless I
can get the colours to 'fade' to eachother. Can anyone give me a couple of
tipsor tell me how I can ahieve this?

you can just make a small 5 or 10 frame movie clip animation or however long
you need it and have it loop. It will keep flickering until you leave or
depending on how you set up the timline pick something else.
