macromedia flash sitedesign: To keep image qaulity high, I would recomend using Photoshop (or equal) to
remove the background and save the image as a PNG with alpha channels. Once
you import the image into Flash, the alpha channels will be retained and you
end up with a very smooth image.

i have a background image of a scenery and i have an image of a person. if the
person's image has a background to it how can i cut the background out of it so
i can just animate the person, or should i say put a seperate effect on the
person?

an example of what i am talking about is on the opening part of
https://www.amadeodecada.com/Secure.html where u can notice the girl is in in
color and looks as if she is a seperate image from the background which is in
black and white. if u click on the other links such as "catalog" at the bottom
you will notice the man is transitioned in seperately from the background image
with a transparent background on himself

thanx in advance.........

Basically you have to cut out the person in PS, with the magic wand or
something to cut out the person then you can make that layer on top of you BG
in flash and you will have something close to the same effect, but if you take
your time it should turn out okay.
