The official study guides are a pretty good place to start:

Macromedia Flash MX 2004 Certified Designer Study Guide by James English

the bibles too: Macromedia Flash Mx Bible and The Macromedia Flash Mx 2004 Professional Actionscript bible... both have helped me out loads

The Certified Study Guides have sample questions in them. Don't remember if they have a full test or not.

Based on user reviews from Amazon, the questions in the guide seem not to be
very helpful. According to some readers, the questions in the certification
tests are a lot more difficult than what's in the guides, at least the
developer test anyway.
