Sometimes flash will put half spaces in between letters in a dynamic text
field, where I'm using verdana, with alias on, rendered html, and I included
the font in the character settings. How can i prevent this?

I am not sure this is the problem but be sure that your text fields are placed
on whole number x and y coordinates. No decimals.
For example:
x = 160, y = 20
is fine, but...
x = 160.3, y = 20.4
is not.
You can check and if need be set these in the property inspector.

No, that's not the problem. It's leaving a gap inbeween certain letters,
especially between w's. check it out at: http://www.clubgt.com/ It's on the
main left hand column where it says:

CLUB GT is proud to announce it?s first annual September driving event. A
week-long luxury....

It happens in the "week long" part.

I don't know, then. I see what your talking about. Not that I will be able to
help you but for others, have you tried other fonts?
The only thing I notice thats weird besides the spacing is that my mouse
changes to a text bar when I pass over the field even though the text isn't
selectable. I checked some of my movies and the mouse remains a mouse over
none selectable text fields, whether they are html formatted or not.
Anyway, sorry this seems beyond me.
