No. Flash does not support QuickTime Virtual Reality panoramas. There
exist Flash simulations of this file format, but they are not actual QTVRs.

By Flash simulations, I mean a QTVR-like affect, but done in Flash.
Here's one example, but I'm sure there are more (and more up to date).
