This may work to start your player the first time:
autoplay = true;
and/or
autoload = true;

This from seeing a bit of the code in your file but not enough to test
it.
(Don't link directly to an mp3 in your html though)

Hey I have a flash website (www.srfchurch.org/theway) and I installed a music
player into it (with some mods) but I can't get it to play when you enter the
site, does anyone know how to do that? Thanks!
