macromedia flash sitedesign: Hi!

I am trying to find help for this one problem that I have and it isn't
working. I was wondering how this site that I was viewing made her pages load
from a click of a link. Also, is there a way for me to use my html files in the
building of my site similar to what this site has.

well for many of the links it links to the internal swf file
for other pages, they used the geturl command within the actions panel.

what i can tell, is there is a table, with the backgrounds in it (or even just
a background image, then a table over top of it.) And then the flash file in
the table.
