full flash site loads too slow

My flash web site is 24.6 MB and when exported to swf it is 5.1 MB. I have a
preloader but the screen is blank for a while before any thing comes up. I have
compressed it all I can. You can view the site here:

I am trying to find help for this one problem that I have and it isn't
working. I was wondering how this site that I was viewing made her pages load
from a click of a link. Also, is there a way for me to use my html files in the

Hey I have a flash website (www.srfchurch.org/theway) and I installed a music
player into it (with some mods) but I can't get it to play when you enter the

Hey I have a flash website (www.srfchurch.org/theway) and I need to get the
..swf file to appear in a seperate window that's size is locked. Meaning, the
browser window is locked to the same size as the actual .swf. Does anyone know
how to do that?

The title kinda sums it up, for some reason (possibly my internet security
settings), the Flash Help Panel will not open..
Anyone encountered anything like this before?
